Remaining grounded is one of the most challenging tasks, while so much external energy is pulling you in many directions. Knowing what will happen with the worlds so-called &#8220;financial crisis&#8221; may seem elusive, but there is good news! It can turn out anyway we want it to! Let&#8217;s explore this. If we create our reality, and attract to us what we think of the most, isn&#8217;t that grounds for creating the most miraculous world changes possible, fiscally and humanitarily? Bringing peace to ourselves by letting go of fears presented to us on a daily basis by the media, coworkers, loved ones, etc., will set us free of that which we do not want in our lives. Focusing on that which we do want will help us to rise above and become examples for those who are stuck in a cycle of fear. Many good things have come of this as well, you just have to look for it. I know personally I have been more concerned about my brothers and sisters on this planet than normal. Wanting to make sure every one on the planet&#8217;s basic needs are taken care of should be a given. For me this &#8220;financial crisis&#8221; has brought to the forefront of my mind ways I can help others become aware of their amazing power as divine beings to help each other and work as an amazing whole unit to create peace and happiness through love and understanding. What great things have been inspired inside of you durng this time? It is said that our greatness as humans unfolds and blossoms in times of crisis. Start looking for signs in your life of conscious evolution and the amazing gifts you have to share with others. I know all of you will be amazed with what you see flowing from you to create balance and peace in your life as well as inspiring others to do the same!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello all! I have realized i need to add another little snippet of information to our law of attraction series.  As i have gone on reading the most amazing book, that has seriously helped me to understand how i create all that shows up for me, i realize  the most effective point is not discussed in my blog.  The book i am reading which has been the basis for all of my law of attraction articles, is aptly entitled The Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks. The part i am about to discuss is called segment intending. Segment intending is the process of setting intention before every different part of your daily life, so you may be more clear on what it is exactly you want from each part of your day.  A normal day consists of many different parts or segments. At the beginning of each of theses segments, it is important to take a brief moment  to get clear within yourself on what your intention is for what you are about to do and what you would love for the outcome to be. For example, in the morning when i wake up, i state, my intention for the day is to see more of the things i want in my life now. As i go along my day and enter into new areas of my life i set intentions for each area, whether it is a safe drive form place to place, or to be able to connect with a client and support them in the way they need to be supported, etc. Taking the time to intentionally plan the outcome of your day will make a huge difference in the overall quality of life and you will start to see more of what you want manifesting in your life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In todays world, we are all faced with a barrage of images. Television, magazines and the internet are all full of what we are told and taught to believe is beautiful. Women who are so thin they seem to have not eaten in weeks, and men with bodies so riddled with extreme musculature it looks like they could snap from the tension. Walking around day to day, even in southern california, the majority of people do not look like these images we are taught to live up to. I say yes to that! In a country where we have extremely high rates of eating disorders, and extremely high rates of obesity, i wonder where is the elusive balance we all seek? To what lengths are we willing to go to look &#8216;perfect&#8217; and on the opposite end how far are we willing to go to rebel against the supposed idea of perfection. when it all comes down to it, our outside will never match our inside unless we start by loving ourself as we are. Fat, thin, ugly, pretty, these are just words, adjectives but just the simple utterance of them will send many people reeling in their memories of how someone told them they were one of the above or at some point maybe all of the above. I can personally recalled having all of those adjectives used to describe me at some point in my life all the way back to childhood. Now i realize it is only how i see myself that matters. Finding solace in the fact that my actions are generous, thoughtful and i am truthful to all, is priceless to me. Our bodies are ever changing and so are fads dictated by the media. in the 17th century it used to be considered beautiful for women to have  small breasts and a convex stomach, whereas now it is large breasts and a concave stomach. Things change move and grow, for us each individually and our race as a whole. Losing yourself in the momentary fad will almost always prove to be utterly disappointing. Do you know what makes you happy as an individual? Not just ok, but really truly happy? Most of us do not know, and for most it takes time to find this out. It took me many years to connect with what really makes me happy. Yes i like to exercise and eat healthy as well as take appropriate supplements. Yes i like to dye my hair  and i have tattoos. Yes i like fashion, but i also like to not wear makeup all the time, and thats ok for me. What would people think if they saw that my skin was less than airbrushed perfect, I used to think.  Then i realized, it doesnt matter. Yes our outward expression can define us, but does our outward appearance have to define us?  It all seems way to much to live up too. Being ok with who you are is a most profound experience. An experience not enough of us have been able to enjoy. I would like to share a couple of things i do to help me see myself as and feel beautiful.  When i look at myself in the mirror, i look at my body as a whole and connect the parts i most enjoy to all other parts allowing the happy feeling i feel to spread to the parts i may want to change in some way. Also, i try to visualize my body in what I feel is its perfect state of inner and outer beauty, as well as inner and outer health. i feel personal health is a great way to start seeing yourself as beautiful from the inside out. Mantras have also been very helpful for me. Some examples are: I am beautiful, I love myself, I am ok as I am, I am perfect in everyway, I am divine! When you speak a mantra, say it as if you believe it to be true already, with emotional emphasis in your voice. Say it loud! Say it proud! Another technique i have used and really enjoy, is to make a list of all the things you find beautiful about yourself, not just physical but in all ways. Read this list whenever you are doubting yourself and re-read often. We are truly the creators of our life! Create the beauty you wish to see in yourself as well as the world around you. As we see ourselves as more beautiful, it will radiate from us and we will start to see the whole world as beautiful and filled with joyous potentials that are limitless! As shakespeare wrote in hamlet; &#8216; to thine own self be true&#8217;!</p>

<p>i have been drinking 2 1/2 - 5 liters of water a day for  5+ years and the difference is undeniable. why so much water?  water is the key to our cells, for in it, it carries life. the earth without water is a desert, are our bodies not so different? it is said in many languages many religions and all over the world, humans are one with the earth. we need to start watering ourselves like we do our flowers so we may grow and flourish. we also need to be more conscious about how we are treating our water. i was taught 1 liter per 50lbs of body weight would be ideal for optimum hydration, as is discussed in this book. i was already drinking alot of water at this point, so 1 liter per 50lbs was doable for me. everyone is different. most importantly, you need to listen to your body. water can be an easy way to replenish and repair your body mind and soul&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i do hope that i have given everyone enough time between posts to partially or fully integrate each point. Also you can feel free to read these blogs at your convience, as i will not be taking them down. Part 3 of this series will cover the art of allowing. the art of allowing, i feel, is one of the most important points in utilizing the law of attraction. The art of allowing is the ability to let go control of other people and the choices they make. Sometimes when a friend makes a choice we dont agree with, it can cause us obvious pain. For in disagreeing with our friends decision, we have focused on pushing away their choice so much that we have started to manfested it for ourselves. when we start to accept the fact that everyone can make their own choices and they do not have to effect us, peace almost immediately will descend on you. i know in my own personal life i have felt great sadness for friends who cannot see what they are doing to themselves by continually repeating the same patterns over and over. In trying to get these friends to see what they are doing, i would sometimes cause more harm than good, because they werent ready to deal with the reality of their choices. Once i started to let go of trying to control my friends and loved ones choices, trusting in their learning process and the Divine, i saw that i was more free to pay attention to my own life and my own choices and how owning my actions and only my actions could bring me closer to everything ive always wanted. It basically breaks down to this. We are all one, but we all have our own path we are creating for ourself whether conciously or by default. When we allow ourselves to focus on our life and let go of others lives we become more free. We are all guilty in some way at some time of trying to control/manipulate someone elses life. Not necessarily maliciously, but mostly because we care and we see the outcome of there choice as potentially unpleasant or bad, because we have been down that path and are trying to help them avoid the mistakes we made. In life, we are all entitled to our mistakes and allowing other to experience those mistakes without interferring can be beneficial on the whole of everyones conciousness. The art of allowing takes time to master and i suggest trying everyday to be concious of the need to fix others or steer them out of their choices. Im not saying if you see someone in clear and present physical danger or harm to just sit back and let it happen, please do not think i am. This is merely another exercise in really being present in your own life and being an example for others to be present in their own lives as well. When we can all be real with ourselves and take responsibilty for our actions we will all be free.</p>

I am back on here to write the second part of our journey in to the law of attraction and how to make it work for you.  This article will be on the art of deliberate creation with some extra steps on creative visualization for more in depth creation. Personally, i have always been very imaginative and creative. i remember people telling me as a child to use my imagination. I strongly believe it was the encouragement i received as a child that made creative visualization techniques so easy for me to understand and put to great use! Unfortunately, not everyone got the same wonderful encouragement from the people surrounding them. That is ok though, because when it comes down to it we are the ones in full control of our lives. No one else. Just you and you alone.  Most of us do not realize that every thought we have directly effects us, so we end up creating by default. im sure everyone can remember having a thought that was what we thought in the back of our mind and the next thing we know it was happening in the material world. At that point it is suprising to see something happening you thought of what seemed like just minutes ago. For the most part, thoughts do not manifest immediately or we would spend more time erasing the mistakes we made(which most of us do anyways) than creating new useful life experiences. Deliberate creation focuses on taking time each day for 15-20 minutes and creatively visualizing the perfect life you would love to have.  Setting a timer is a good idea because you dont want to spend too much time on this process as an important part is to release what you have created to the universe so it may manifest it. You start the process by finding somewhere that is comfortable for you to realx and clear your mind. This place can be different everyday, you can even do it in your car on your lunch break if you so desire. You can also do this in the same place everyday if you&#8217;d like, it just depends on your personal preference. So set your timer, relax, close your eyes, focus on your breathing and start visualizing. visualization occurs in the same place where your imagination springs forth from, the minds eye, by focusing on and seeing every thought as you were watching a movie on a screen behind your closed eyes. Every little detail, no matter how small it seems, should be included, from how you are feeling in your perfect life to the job you have, the house you live in, the relationships you hold, how you view your physical self, etc. Specifics is the name of the game in deliberate creations along with emotions. Just as i stated in the last article, emotions are of the utmost importance! When you are spending your time creating, make sure as you create and watch the movie of your perfect life, you are feeling the emotions as if it is already real. Doing this daily has made a HUGE impact on my life, the way i feel and how i see myself and the world around me. I hope this exercise will help you to also impact your life and help you to move out of creating by default and start creating deliberately the life you have always wanted and deserved. The divine knows you deserve everything and anything you want. Isnt it time you felt the same way?!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>so most of us have seen the secret, or read it or listen to the audio books. the secret is a viable source of explaining the law of attraction to us and helping us get on our way to creating our reality with concious deliberation. it shows many peoples results in using the law of attraction and steps to get there. my practitioner gave me the homework of watching the secret dvd 10 days in a row. now i know this sounds a little redundant and believe me it felt like it. however, after the fifth day, it really clicked why he told me to watch it repetitatively.  i started to hear what the interviewees were saying in a more complete way. i picked up small but extremly important points that my brain  had seem to not picked up on before. out of these points i would like to share the ones i connected to the most with you. i will unveil each point in a three or four part form allowing time for each idea/subject to integrate fully before moving on. i hope these points will prove as effective for you as they were for me and so many others</p>
<p>1. its all in the emotions: you hear this upfront in the movie but it seems strange that our emotions could be so important that they tell us where to go and what to avoid. as a practitioner the more i develop, the more i see the importance of my emotions as a guidance system. allowing my self to stop and refocus if i feel i am on a path to anger frustration despair etc., has proven to be extremely valuable. breathing also plays a large part in the re-routing of the emotions. taking a moment to stop and breath deeply with meaning for 5-10 minutes can make an enormous emotional shift occur. try breathing with the inhale to a count of 8 and an exhale to a count of 8. at first 8 might be too much, and thats ok. above all listen to your body and your inner knowingness will lead you to what works for you. another breathing exercise to utilize is taking 15-20 minutes a day and just conciously breath, allowing the breath to reach your entire body. focus only on your breath, aiming to keep your mind clear of thoughts. somedays may be more challenging than others but dont give up on yourself. persistance  will eventually bring you to the place you most desire to be! also knowing that you are completely in control of your emotions, only you and you alone can move your emotions to the direction you would most like them to go. just because your day starts out bad doesnt mean it has to end badly. take time to re-route, breathe and visualize what you wish your day to now become.</p>
