intend everything you do, always

Hello all! I have realized i need to add another little snippet of information to our law of attraction series. As i have gone on reading the most amazing book, that has seriously helped me to understand how i create all that shows up for me, i realize the most effective point is not discussed in my blog. The book i am reading which has been the basis for all of my law of attraction articles, is aptly entitled The Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks. The part i am about to discuss is called segment intending. Segment intending is the process of setting intention before every different part of your daily life, so you may be more clear on what it is exactly you want from each part of your day. A normal day consists of many different parts or segments. At the beginning of each of theses segments, it is important to take a brief moment to get clear within yourself on what your intention is for what you are about to do and what you would love for the outcome to be. For example, in the morning when i wake up, i state, my intention for the day is to see more of the things i want in my life now. As i go along my day and enter into new areas of my life i set intentions for each area, whether it is a safe drive form place to place, or to be able to connect with a client and support them in the way they need to be supported, etc. Taking the time to intentionally plan the outcome of your day will make a huge difference in the overall quality of life and you will start to see more of what you want manifesting in your life.
